What you'll need:
45ml gin
60ml mango nectar
5-6 drops lemon bitters
Soda water to finish
Passionfruit pulp to garnish
Fill a glass with ice, then add the gin of your choice, mango nectar and lemon bitters. Top up with soda water and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh passionfruit pulp and berries for a fruity finish.
